Surrounded by Pikes Peak National Forest and sitting on over 160 acres, YMCA Camp Shady Brook is the perfect setting to host Outdoor Education and Environmental programs.
Bringing the classroom outside is an important part of a students learning experience. Our Outdoor Education programs provide the perfect opportunity to enable children to learn outside of the classroom in a beautiful mountainous setting.
Our programs can be tailored around a specific focus to meet your curriculum needs while engaging campers and allowing them to play an active role in their learning.
Whatever your outdoor focus is, we have a lesson plan for you.
